....having fun while raising money for 'Bristol and Weston Hospitals Charity'.
Well who would have thought a quiet evening in the sticks entertaining a few gentle country folk would end up more like the pyramid stage at Glastonbury!
It appears that following the undoubted success last night, we will be returning to Littleton next year. I think we need to start practising now and definitely expand our Wurzels repertoire. In the end it wasn't really that cold, or was it just the mulled cider working? Well done all.
Joe.
What a fantastic night it turned out to be. The village was alive with the sound of the Ukeaholics. Received some great reviews in the shop this
morning. One person commented on the professionalism of the band, another on the content. The thanks and glowing testimonials extended to us at the
end of the night were overwhelmingly positive. Already been asked for next year. Thanks to all of you for turning out, and for your enthusiasm on such a
cold night. Happy Wassailing.
Cheers, Stan
It was a lot of fun.
And the wassailing songs worked well.
Thanks Stan
